The quality of the training provided by IPAS was very good. George went through the theory and also the practical side of the internal audit process through discussion and role play with a group of our staff. I have been working with I-PAS since 2013, when they were originally recommended to me by another Engineering Company. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, as you would expect, but they also had the ability to keep the changes needed in my business uncomplicated, allowing for a relatively simple transition to an ISO9001 quality standard. My journey to ISO9001, although initially daunting, was actually trouble free and simpler than I was expecting due to the continuous support and advice from I-PAS. In fact, the transition and subsequent certification took less time than I had originally expected. This allowed me to expand my Customer base and sales sooner than I had originally planned for.
