Stuart was a valuable piece of our ISO journey with clear explanation and understanding of the assessment process. Passing the assessment was the start of our journey, and we created a culture of quality running seamlessly through our business.

Pi has been working with IPAS for more than 10 years. IPAS have proven to be a cost effective and reliable auditing partner for ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Their partnership approach means that we feel very comfortable sharing all aspects of the business in the sure knowledge that they are not there to try and catch us out, but to help our systems be as good as they can be…..whilst holding those systems to the highest standards. I am happy to recommend IPAS for all of your quality and related systems needs….. and never a clipboard in sight!

The quality of the training provided by IPAS was very good. George went through the theory and also the practical side of the internal audit process through discussion and role play with a group of our staff. I would definitely recommend IPAS as a provider for audit training and I hope that we have the opportunity of using George again for any future refresher courses or training of additional staff.

I have been working with I-PAS since 2013, when they were originally recommended to me by another Engineering Company. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, as you would expect, but they also had the ability to keep the changes needed in my business uncomplicated, allowing for a relatively simple transition to an ISO9001 quality standard. My journey to ISO9001, although initially daunting, was actually trouble free and simpler than I was expecting due to the continuous support and advice from I-PAS. In fact, the transition and subsequent certification took less time than I had originally expected. This allowed me to expand my Customer base and sales sooner than I had originally planned for.

Dukes have worked with the team at IPAS on certification against multiple standards including ISO 9001/14001/22458/23001/27001/45001. We have been impressed with the commitment to excellence demonstrated by Stuart and George, their dedication to quality and adherence to rigorous standards sets them apart in the industry. Not only do they provide a thorough process, they took the time to understand who we are as a company to ensure that we consistently meet and exceed our client and customer expectations.

George tailored a unique quality management system that reflected our specific business needs. His approach focused on improving our operational processes—from initial inquiry through to delivery, whilst meeting all requirements of the standard. While the certification process initially seemed daunting, George and the IPAS UK team made the execution straightforward without creating unnecessary paperwork or increasing our workload. Now that we are certified, I can confidently say we would not have reached this milestone without IPAS. We continue to use their services for all our consultancy needs, as their attention to detail and knowledge of the standards are second to none.
